These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WassUp Aun-Tea, LLC website and your purchase of any products or subscriptions offered here. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it. All content, branding, and imagery on this site is the property of WassUp Aun-Tea, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed.
Limitation of Liability
WassUp Aun-Tea, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Privacy Policy
We collect the personal information you provide when you place an order, create an account, or subscribe — including your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened tea and food items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email support@wassupaun-tea.com with your order number to begin the return process.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US typically arrives in 5–7 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.
Subscription Shipping
The True Fellowship Circle subscription includes free US shipping. Subscription boxes ship on a fixed monthly cycle; the first box ships within 5 business days of enrollment.
International & Delays
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Subscription & Membership Terms
The True Fellowship Circle is a recurring subscription billed monthly at $48.00 to the payment method on file, until you cancel.
Billing & Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews each month on the date you originally enrolled. You will be charged in advance of each shipment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@wassupaun-tea.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued for the current period.
Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, inclusions, or Vault Access content with advance notice to active members.

Charitable Giving & Foundation Transparency (5/10 Model)
WassUp Aun-Tea, LLC operates a dual-tiered social impact model benefiting The Tyler Eugene Lott Foundation. Exactly 5% of gross sales proceeds from all Sovereign Sets and monthly subscriptions, plus 10% of net profits realized on individual a la carte items (mugs, tea pouches, and hardware accessories), are allocated directly to the foundation to support cancer families. Charitable donations are calculated per accounting cycle and are non-refundable once disbursed.
